Burial and cremation services provided by a caring staff for all pets - birds, cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, and other pet companions.
Took my sweet Bella Ray there last week to be cremated. This was the third pet I've taken there. Tracy was wonderful. She helped me get Bella out of my van, even climbed in to help me lift her. She was caring, compassionate, and respectful. Told me how sorry she was for my loss. I would recommend Peaceful Pastures to anyone who wants their pet cremated.
My pet passed in July, and my vet used Peaceful Pastures for his cremation. When I went to pick up his remains, I was advised by the vet's office that the crematory had neglected to make the requested paw print cast and forgot to send the urn. The extra cost of the paw print casting is expected to be refunded, but the urn is part of the price of cremation. I advised the vet that I didn't even want to return for the urn, since my other pets didn't have them. The urn is included in the price, and they forgot to send it. How does that even happen? My whole family was deeply saddened by the death of our pet, then dealt another blow by the lack of a proper memorial care by Peaceful Pastures. I'll not recommend Peaceful Pastures after paying hundreds of dollars for their lack of caring decency. If I could post ZERO starts, I would.
Last week, my fiancee and I got our little dwarf hamster cremated here, they were very nice, helpful for this time. We got our ashes back within a week. Highly recommend this place if you want to get your little furry, or even exotic friend cremated.. Or buried here since they do offer that service as well. They have little urns, boxes, pendants to put your friend in as well.
Thank you to Tracy and staff at Peaceful Pastures for working with me on expedited pickup/private cremation. Peaceful Pastures also offered the option to select a different urn anytime in the future and will transfer cremains at no additional charge. Sincerely appreciate the kindness, compassion and flexibility during a very difficult time.
I highly recommend dealing with Jessica if you go to Peaceful Pastures. She was very kind and consoling when my sister and I took her dog there. As for the other lady that works there, i don’t remember her name, she was on the ignorant side when we went to pick up his ashes. She acted like she was being bothered and couldn’t wait for us to leave.
