I lost my best friend today. It doesn’t feel real. Nothing will heal the pain my sweet, perfect cat has left me with. When I learned of my baby’s illness I began my search for a trustworthy and caring crematory. Today, I had to use said crematory. I was amazed at the turnaround time. I was able to drop of my cat and pick him up within a matter of hours. If you’re reading reviews for pet crematories, you’re also probably scared of the recent news of a local crematory that wasn’t properly caring for pet remains. I was extremely anxious to leave my sweet ANYWHERE for this reason. However, I saw clearly labeled bags with pet names and there was a service in process. I trust that the ashes in this gorgeous urn are my boy’s. Phillip promised me that my boy would be treated with dignity and care. I didn’t notice a crematory tag but his name was labeled several times and Phillip was the only one working. So yes I believe I have my cat home. I felt reassured that their website promises private cremation and when asked Phillip said all they do is private cremation, no group. Thank you for being so expeditious and caring during this nightmare.

When our beloved dog of nearly 13 years died on December 16, the Oak Crest Pet Crematory was a great source of kindness and consolation. The care giving of Oak Crest is highly professional and supportive. We are grateful for the help and courtesy we received in our time of sudden separation and loss.

I got my cat cremated here. Philip was very nice and compassionate when it came to handling her and myself, Definitely a trustworthy guy. 10/10 would recommend if you need a trusted private cremation for your animal. Also pricing is good.

Very welcoming and I think it was fair pricing. They had my baby all of a few hours while I was at work. I was able to drop her off this morning and pick her up before they closed. She's home where she belongs. I'm so thankful to have called and inquired. I would recommend, they really do care and show sympathy. They allowed me as much time as I needed before leaving and were very understanding of work hours.

Our cat’s cremains were presented in a very cute and appropriate urn within a velvet bag. Everything is labeled to ensure you receive the correct ashes. 24 hour turn around time, and Phillip was incredibly respectful and kind. If I need this service again I will certainly come here.
