Kadi was an absolute dream to work with in planning my husband's funeral. The service, which was private, was above and beyond all of my expectations. My husband had this amazing "Don't cry for me, I am with Jesus now" look on his face. I was even sent home with a bouquet of flowers from the floral arrangements in a vase along with one of the bows and "loving husband" ribbons. The service in the chapel was done exactly as my husband had requested before his passing and Kadi even qued up "It Is Well With My Soul" to play at the end of the service. The entire staff made an extremely difficult day so much easier by being so soft spoken and comforting as they interacted with me and those in attendance to my husband's service. My gratitude towards them, before, during and after the service, is beyond words. My husband was well taken care of and is now resting in peace in their beautiful cemetery.

I would like to take a moment to truly appreciate how caring Kristina and Chris from the grounds crew have been. It meant the world to me that they fixed my mom and dad’s mausoleum vase. The screws were coming out of the stone and my flowers kept falling out, and they went above and beyond to repair it immediately. What an amazing and kind group of people. We had a rescue pup pass away unexpectedly en route from Texas to Pittsburgh on Christmas eve and these incredible folks were able to accommodate meeting with us and taking our sweet Rex into their care as soon as we arrived to town that morning. They explained everything to us and shared in our sorrow every step of the way. They were so respectful and compassionate. We never felt like we were silly for bringing a dog we barely knew in for their services. They understood 🖤 Rex finally made it home to us within a week. They presented his creamains beautifully. I would recommend these folks for pet cremation 10/10

I picked up my Gigi’s remains today. I had planned to wait until her pendant was ready, but my heart just needed the comfort of having her home. When I arrived at the funeral home, I was greeted by Allie, who led me to one of the viewing rooms and gave me a few quiet minutes with my Gigi. I was floored by the thoughtfulness of the presentation—my Gigi loved Tootsie Rolls, and there were two bags sitting on the table alongside her urn and prayer cards. Her passing was so unexpected, but the staff at JMFH have been nothing short of incredible. Kayla guided us through arrangements with such care and kindness, and every single person we encountered has been just as wonderful. They treat you and your loved one like family, and working with them has been an absolute blessing during such a difficult time.

Jefferson Memorial Funeral home was absolutely wonderful with our family at probably the most difficult time in our lives. They are thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable and made a very sad time bearable. Everyone we dealt with was just wonderful!
