Wow! These people are snarky and rude. Definitely in the wrong business. They made the beautiful headstone ,for my folks, over 30 years ago. I used them to do the etching when Dad passed. I made the mistake of thinking they were prepaid to do mom's etching. I made it clear I could be wrong. First woman that I spoke to was quite curt, dismissive. Second person same. They put me on the phone with the owner. Wanted picture of the stone. Kept yelling at me. I never raised my voice. Just asked if they could pull paperwork. Turns out my sibling paid the Christ the Redeemer Cemetery. I was wrong....made it clear I could be. But the way they treated me, right after my mother passed....tells me they are in the wrong business. Christ the Redeemer Cemetery staff were soft spoken, kind, compassionate. Glad they got the business.

I called two different occasions, and each time, whoever I spoke to was awful. It felt like I was bothering her by asking for the address. Also the lady who helped me yesterday lacked any kind of compassion. Picking up your loved ones remains isn't easy, and her attitude didn't help at all. Maybe find someone who has a heart to do this job.

Made a call to check the end date for headstone, and while looking at old paperwork believed some parts were previously paid for. Lady very rude said no it wasn’t. Then proceeded to tell me I needed a work order and to pay 250 and have paperwork notarized. I already paid for this during my initial funeral/burial arrangements. So I said send to my attorney. Attorney gets bill for 275. Funny I paid 245 in March, tells me 250 and then bills my attorney for 275. I’m not the only one who says since kids took over it’s gone down hill. I guess covid is to blame for this also 🙄
