Wonderful, wonderful people. My household was recommended them when we had a sudden pet death last year (2024), they were great & we had no hesitation in calling them back when our elderly cat passed away last month (07/2025). They have been kind, courteous, patient, & compassionate throughout the process & I & my household hold them in high regard.

They are fantastic. My granddaughter lost her Lilly her cat. They made her feel so much better. I am so glad we went there. ❤️❤️❤️

Honestly wonderful. They were so nice, and made beautiful pieces for my cat Luna that passed away. They reached out and asked all the questions needed and were very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. My and my wife recently lost our dog Hyde and our vet recommended here...it was late day and we called they were willing to meet us after hours if needed and we're willing to accolade whatever they could. We also at the time didint have the money to pay right away and they worked with us so were able to pay later ( even offered to let us make payments if needed ). We appreciate you guys a lot and you made this process easy and just better... thank you

They are truly amazing here. My family has used them a couple of times within the last few years. Unfortunately this week I had to for my cat. Michelle and her husband were truly the sweetest, most accommodating people. She talked to me on the phone for 30 mins the day after I dropped my baby off. It was so nice to just talk to her and get information. I got my boy back a few days later and I really can’t say enough nice things about them or their establishment. Thank you guys for being you. ❤️
