Erica was amazing from beginning to end. She was so compassionate and comforting. I would use them again. However, one issue did occur, I called to speak with Erica on a day she was off with some questions and the person who answered the phone was very rude and short with me. Definitely did not display the compassionate tone a funeral home should deliver.
My fur baby passed away unexpectedly and it was hard for my family and I. When I received my small kitties ashes, she was wrapped in butterflies...with a beautiful framed prayer and her fur framed in with it. The prayer was so sweet and kind. I could see the pattern of her fur that was in the frame. I'm so thankful of the level of care. She was a tiny four year old kitty and it showed they know what it's like to love and animal. Again thank you guys for taking care of me and my partner. Now I will always have my fur baby. Much love to all of you!🫶
From the moment they answered the phone to the hug Ericka gave me before leaving, they were PHENOMENAL. My sweet girl unexpectedly passed away, but I am so thankful to have Beloved Pets helping through the process. Compassion, respect, understanding - I couldn’t ask for more.
Came right away and were very sympathetic and caring. Not very expensive as well. Highly recommended
I am very happy with the way that Belived Pet Services cared for our deceased kitty Jack. Jack was our first cat ever (because I am allergic to cats) and we loved him so very much. His passing was quickly after we found an illness and we held him in our arms until our Vet’s office opened for the day. We chose to have him cremated, as we have for all of our fur babies that have crossed over. Your associate Nate was very kind and left messages to let us know that Jack was ready to “come home”. We opened his remains and we were quite happy. His ashes were in a carved wooden box with a name plate. His paw print was in a display box that had a poem about crossing the rainbow bridge. It was nicely packaged in butterfly tissue paper. There was also a framed poem. I have paid more for other cremation services of pets and received their ashes in a cardboard box in a brown bag. This was beyond what we expected and we truly appreciate how much care was taken with our precious kitty. I thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️
