Treasured Friend Pet Cremation Services

Treasured Friend smoothed out the raw edges of our most difficult day today. Our beloved furbaby Laverne passed away in our home from a short terminal illness. They handled us with the utmost of care and compassion. I highly recommend using them if you are in the NW Phila area. They have many options to choose from. You never can tell how you are going to feel when your pet (family member) passes.On 10-31-2025 our beloved dog (Lily)passed suddenly. The family look for someone to help with cremation.We came across Treasure friends, From the first telephone conversation, to when they pulled out of the driveway,We knew that it was the best choice. Heather was the assistant who walked me thru the process, they arrived in the time frame they said they would . Heather treat our baby with so much care that I was so extremely happy with the send off. 2021 was an unfortunate year for me and my fiancé. We suddenly lost our precious fur baby who was only 1 year and 5 months. It was devestating for us and our first time ever losing a pet. Pet Angel (and Dr. Heba) came over to our home the same day to help us part with him. They made us a little paw print, shaved some of his soft fur, and lovingly wrapped him in a blanket / basket. It was the hardest day of our lives and they helped ease some of the burden. We received our fur baby’s ashes nearly a week later. The gray urn was engraved with his beautiful name. They also sent a sympathy card that was very sweet of them. Whenever I had a question they were quick to respond to my emails. The service experience felt personalized and genuine. A few months later and our 5 month year old kitten was diagnosed with the wet form of FIP and died the same day we found out. It was another very tough loss for us. I had the vet switch the crematory to Pet Angel because I knew I could trust them with my fur baby’s body. I also knew the turnaround time was faster (others say it could take more than 3 weeks). They brought our baby back to us within 2 weeks of obtaining him. It would have been sooner, but they knew I had family visiting and scheduled accordingly. My little boy got a matching urn to his big brother. I only hope they are together wherever they may be. Overall, their service let us mourn without having to worry too much on the cremation arrangement. I wish the universe hadn’t forced this on us twice, but I’m glad that Dr. Heba and Pet Angel were there to help.

I used Pet Angel services last Summer when our lionhead bunny Olivia suddenly passed. They were very compassionate and understanding, and came quickly to collect her body since I couldn’t bring myself to handle her. They hand delivered her cremains about 2 weeks later in a nice little box, complete with the urn I chose and resources about how to deal with grief. I would recommend Pet Angel to anyone that wants to send their fur baby to Rainbow Bridge with dignity and compassion.

I want to first thank you for being so caring, patient and professional. The service from beginning to end was more than I could ask for during this tough time. My Minka was my baby. She was with me all of the time and it hurt me so much to lose her so sudden and unexpectedly. You were so kind to me when you came to retrieve her. You took time out to listen and comfort me. When I followed up later in the week you responded immediately and was even able to bring Minka back to me within 6 days. Everything looks so beautiful! I felt peace in my heart. I knew I had placed her in great hands until she was able to return to me. I highly recommend your services. Thank you for the care you show to our loving pets.
