Resting Rainbow Pet Cremation of Philadelphia

My beloved Pitty Baby crossed the rainbow bridge on Thanksgiving Day. The staff at Resting Rainbow made themselves available to my family with short notice and greeted us with care and compassion. They notified me via text message to confirm her arrival as well as another upon the completion of her cremation. Today I picked her up and although my heart is saddened she has left this physical my girl served as a companion for many years. She left peacefully in her sleep and was then honored properly by the beautiful staff at Resting Rainbow. I am forever grateful for them and when the time comes for my other fur babies to cross the rainbow bridge I will return.

we had a neighborhood cat that we had been caring for 4 years. He was suddenly hit by a car and died immediately. We called a couple of cremation services and Richard at Resting Rainbow sid he was working on a job but that he would personally come over as soon as he was finished. He came over and spoke to us about Puck and what services he could provide. He was personable and empathetic and listened to what our wishes were. He gave us a time line and kept in contact to let us know what was happening. When we picked our guy up he was so great to deal with. Explained everything that had been done for Puck. Richard is EXACTLY the kind of guy you want to deal with at such a sad and devastating time. Cant recommend him enough.

After 15 years with my boy, Hemingway, I lost him to a heart attack while we were out walking. Richard at Resting Rainbow took over from there, sending his driver and helping bring my Hemi to peace. It’s such an amazing and compassionate company.

I would highly recommend Resting Rainbow Pet Cremation of Philadelphia. From the first moment of contact Richard was kind, sympathetic, and patient (I have lost pets before but this was my first time having one cremated and I had A LOT of questions), and showed as much concern for honoring my dog as I did. My dog passed at home and one of the drivers, Joe came to pick him up. Joe was fantastic as well, taking time to console my son and I and share stories of his fur-babies. I felt more at ease handing my “baby” over to a stranger at that point. A huge that you to technician, Mike as well for doing such a great job on my dog’s nose and paw prints. The entire process was easier to navigate because of Richard and his team. I also found their prices to be very reasonable and comparable, if not better than similar businesses. Losing a fur-baby is never easy and I hope I don’t have to go through this again anytime soon but when I do, I will return to the caring staff at Resting Rainbow Pet Cremation.

Came to them to have my beloved bird cremated. From start to finish it was a seamless experience. This being my first time privately cremating a pet, they walked me through the process and were readily available whenever I had any questions. Very understanding and were accommodating. Despite a small delay with my chosen urn not arriving as estimated due to bad weather conditions slowing deliveries, which was no fault of their own, they made sure to keep me up to date to ensure I was informed. I would be recommending and using their services again (hopefully no time soon) for any other of my other beloved pets. Greatly appreciated the service!
