Thank you Pet Passages and especially Cassandra for being wonderful and giving my pet her final rest. My cat died at Penn Vet, which contracted with a larger cremation service in New Jersey. They weren’t able to cremate her for several WEEKS. I found this out on a Saturday and frantically called other cremation services. Pet Passages (Cassandra) answered the phone, reassured me and told me they would be able to cremate my cat the following Monday (which is turn over of not even one business day). She was great with communicating with me over the weekend and I was able to drop off my cat that Monday and take her home on Tuesday. This was all right before Christmas too.. In addition, Pet Passages has fair prices. Paying for a private cremation gets you a wooden box, a paw and nose print and fur clippings. These are often additions at other cremation companies. Thank you for being an honest and trustworthy business!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Pet Passages for the care, dignity, and compassion they showed during one of the most difficult moments of my life. I lost my beloved cat, my fur baby Yunie, in October 2025, and from the very first phone call, I knew I had made the right decision. I spoke with Shawn, who was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, caring, and deeply sympathetic, never rushing the conversation and always making sure I felt supported. Within a day, Shawn personally came to pick up Yunie, and throughout the entire process he kept me well informed, checking in and making himself available for any questions or needs I had. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. When I received Yunie’s remains, I was deeply touched by how thoughtfully and respectfully everything was handled and presented. It brought me comfort during a time of immense grief to know she was treated with such care. I am forever grateful to the team at Pet Passages, and especially to Shawn, for making an incredibly painful experience as gentle and peaceful as possible. Their compassion made a lasting difference, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone facing the loss of a cherished pet.

Pet Passages were there for me when my cat Noir “Mar Mar” had passed. I called the morning of my cat passed and they had me come right in. They have a private room where you can say your goodbye's. They made us feel comfortable with leaving my cat there until his cremation. The people working there are very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and well kept. The prices are very reasonable. They really go above and beyond. I really lived that they gave me some of his fur and I love how the paw prints came out and the heart that is actually a flower that you plant in memory of my Mar Mar🩵🐾I would definitely recommend Pet Passages. Casandra and the others at pet passages cover all the bases and more in providing your pets final care. They do it with a sincere empathy that would be impossible to match. Casandra took my call in the evening hours, not even an hour after Pebbles passed. Casandra was supportive and reassuring lifting the burden of what to do next off my mind. My Pebbles who I love more than any pet I ever had is now home with me in a beautiful box with her name on it along with her paw and nose print.
