We lost our bulldog Luna suddenly on 10/11/25. We were (and are) devastated and in shock. I called Amanda and she immediately said she could meet me at their Malvern location. The compassion and empathy we were shown was so comforting. We were able to spend as much time as we needed with our girl. A few things stood out to me that struck my heart. One was the little jar of chocolate with a sticker saying “no dog should go to heaven without ever tasting chocolate”. Although our Luna was already gone I just thought what a thoughtful, empathetic gesture. Also when it was time to leave I could not bear to leave her alone in the room. My husband asked Amanda if she could come in and stay with her until we left. She didn’t hesitate and said of course. The obituary/memorial page is nothing short of amazing. It recognizes that pet loss and grief is very painful. It validates you that your furry loved one mattered and was so loved. Luna came to our home in terrible condition. We were able to love her for almost 8 years. I will say this, it’s the little things that set Paw Prints apart from other cremation services. I will never forget their kindness, compassion and respect that day.
Paw Prints Forever Pet Crematory took exceptional care of our Bella and treated our family with genuine compassion during such a difficult time. Every interaction was kind, respectful, and thoughtful, which meant more to us than we can express. They truly honor the love we have for our pets, and we are so grateful for the care and dignity they showed Bella. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet. 💕🐾
After the passing of our pet rabbit Max, we had to make a decision of how to proceed. Should we bury him in the yard as we have with several other small pets in the past or take a different route. We decided we wanted to have Max cremated so that we could always have the memory of him inside our home. After checking out several facilities that handle this procedure, the decision was quite easy to go with Paw Prints Forever. The loss of Max occurred quite early on a Sunday and this made me skeptical that I would be able to get any resolution on the weekend. After reaching out to several service providers of pet cremations, only Paw Prints had an actual person working that I could speak to and make a decision. The professionalism, courtesy and empathy on the part of Ashley at Paw Prints Forever made my decision easy. Ashley made this process, that we had never undertaken before, absolutely smooth, professional, competent and caring. Every single step was laid out, explained and then followed to the letter. Very simply, if unfortunately you require the cremation services for a pet, Paw Prints Forever is the place to go. I would rate them at more than five stars if the review process allowed. God Bless.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Ashley and Paw Prints Forever for the kind and compassionate treatment I received during such a difficult time. From the very first contact, they showed empathy and respect, making me feel supported in my grief. Their professionalism and warmth made the farewell process for my beloved pet more bearable. Thank you for your support and for providing a dignified space to honor their memory.
No one is ever ready to say goodbye to their fur babies. Our girl was almost 13 years old and being an RN, I knew when it was time to help her cross over so that she wouldn’t be in pain. I got the Paw Prints Forever phone number from my neighbor, who had to unfortunately put her dog to sleep a few weeks before. My husband called Paw Prints and the process to set up a private, at home, euthanasia was simple. Within a day, they were able to send out an associate and veterinarian to help our girl cross over. They were on time, super professional (caring and education us on what to expect) and very gentle with our dog and with our feelings, allowing us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our girl. They cremated her and had her ashes ready for pick up in 30 hours even though it usually takes a week. The whole process was gentle and I honestly believe it was more peaceful than I could have imagined. When you are losing a loved one, you want the process to be peaceful, especially when everything feels so sad, and PawPrints knew exactly how to take care of us and our dog so we all felt comfortable. We picked out a beautiful urn for our girl and we would highly recommend them as a company to anyone who is going through end of life care with their fur babies. Thank you Paw Prints. You made the process easy and comforting during such a difficult time.
