Paw Prints Forever Crematory

It breaks my heart that I had to use their services because it meant goodbye to my very special fur babies, but I wouldn't call anyone else. I had to put my 2 - 16 year old dogs to sleep within 2 weeks of each other. Amanda, Ashley, and Dr Holmsten are the most incredible people I've ever met. My babies went so gently and comfortable in my arms at home where they were safe and happy. They were carried away from us in a bed so respectfully and dignified. We gave the absolute best ending of life to the sweetest, and most loved dogs I've ever had. I can't begin to express how grateful I was to be able to give that to my loves. It was the hardest thing I've ever done and this team made me and my family comfortable.

This organization handled the passing of our much lovef Golden Retriever, Nino, with dignity and respect. They came to our house within a few hours of our call and showed sympathy and consideration of our need to spend time saying goodbye. Nino was our fifth Golden Retriever, and with him, I swore, as we faced an end of life situation, we would not carry him to a vet's office, put him on a metal table in the confusion and noise of a strange place to say our final goodbye. Bringing a vet to our house, and quietly saying goodbye in familiar surroundings was the best decision we could have made. And choosing Paw Prints Forever, a service recommended by our neighbors, was the best choice for us.

DO NOT USE THESE people. I've used them twice and never again. They don't care about your pets. Last year I watched them "spin" my 29 year old cat into oven like they were putting a pizza in an oven. They don't bake the paw impressions and they disintegrate. See picture. Paw print on top is from 3 years ago and is completely disintegrating, one on bottom from last year and both disintegrating. The prints are sitting on shelf with impressions done elsewhere (Paws to Heaven) for other pets that are in perfect condition. They're using poor quality products. Waste of $$ and within a year or two I'm going to have to throw them away. They're just sitting on a shelf and actually faking apart!!!! I use Paws To Heaven now in Pennsauken, NJ... they treat your pets with respect.

I highly recommend Paw Prints Forever crematory. It was so hard to say goodbye to my sweet Beau. I called Paw Prints Forever several times and each person could not have been nicer, kinder and more helpful than they were. As it turned out, it occurred without any prior planning where I knew Beau was ready to go over the rainbow bridge. I called Stephanie and she worked within a 24 hour period to have a doctor and herself come down to the house. They gave my loved ones and I time to say goodbye, answered all questions and were so loving to sweet Beau as they prepared him to take him back to the crematory. I can’t say enough about the organization and the people who work there. They truly are loving individuals who care about each and every person and pet family member they come by. The most amazing experience I had with Paw Prints. Stephanie is the most loving , caring person and truly a blessing at the hardest time dealing with the passing beloved Mya. She was so accommodating to our families every needs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Stephanie you are the BEST ❤️❤️
