I would highly recommend McCafferty Funeral Home without hesitation. Mark and Lisa are both great- kind, warm, empathetic, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They both worked hard to ensure that planning our loved one’s funeral service was as easy on us as possible. Mark was incredible the day of the service itself as well- he thoughtfully guided us through every step of the service and checked on us multiple times throughout the day to make sure we were okay. Services were well organized and professional. McCafferty is truly a class act. Down to earth, reasonable, caring- we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Please take my word for it that I am a private person in general. I want to share this personal information because the Mcafferty family deserves it. My wife and I were expecting our first child recently. My Wife was about 6 months pregnant when we found out our daughter no longer had a heart beat. This was a shock to us and I personally have never dealt with the cremation process or a funeral home in general. The first time I reached out to Mcafferty I spoke directly with Mark and explained our situation. From that moment until the process was over Mcafferty was there for my wife and I for every big and little step of the way. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. It has become clear to me this is not just a business to them. I will spare you all the details but they went out of their way to accommodate us multiple times which I hope you can take my word for again. I spoke with Mark’s wife and I am familiar with other members of the family/funeral home. They are all the same as Mark. If you want your loved one who passed on to be treated with love, dignity and respect I can personally guarantee you will receive all of that and more with the Mcafferty family.
