Hi, my name is Susan Taylor. I recently lost my dog to Lymphoma, we loved our boyso much and we were so Devastated a friend of ours got in touch with Tiffany and Tiffany was extremely helpful and nice. Couldn’t ask for a better person to handle our beloved Tucker. She made us feel That we could count on her to take really good care of Tucker. She explained everything in detail and let us spend some time to grieve with our dog. It made us feel so good to know that we could trust her with our Tucker. She came through for us at the last minute it was on the weekend also. Tiffany is a wonderful person and very helpful thank you from the Taylor family William Lombardo funeral home is five !!

Tiffany is amazing she is heaven sent. She helped me through my tough time when I lost my Roxy, very understanding and gave me the time to say goodbye it was late in the day and she still didn’t rush. She really represents the company at a high standard. Thank you for making this as smooth transition as I embark my journey to healing.

Ever After Pets, especially Tiffany, has been so amazing during the process of my dog Mookie's final care. Even though losing my precious fur baby has left a huge void in my heart, I am so grateful for Tiffany's respect and compassion. Honestly I do not even know where to begin. So I guess I can start by saying THANK YOU and 10/10 recommend. When I called I was very distraught, I called and was told I’d receive a callback. Within the same hour I for a call from Tiffany, she was beyond sympathetic but also had empathy and care for myself. She came out in the evening and treated my dog Bruno with such care. The cremation process was affordable which came with transportation, a beautiful urn , a beautiful bag holding Bruno’s ashes. Again I can not thank you enough.

To start the person answering the phone chastised us for calling the “wrong number” even though it was the number listed on their website. Second, for a place that advertises 24 hours, our call wasn’t returned until the next day even after explaining that our dog had passed in our house. A total lack of compassion.
