The staff at Baldi Funeral Home are all very professional, polite, and dependable. Communication is excellent. Mr. Victor Baldi was always very responsive and would swiftly provide any clarification that I requested. There was full transparency about the various aspects of our transaction and he provided regular updates as those were being addressed. The service, which included live streaming, went smoothly and exactly as planned. The premises were very nice and clean and everything was already properly set up when we arrived. This is the kind of service that one will typically use in a stressful time of loss and grief; Mr Baldi and his team made us feel that we and the beautiful loved one we had just lost were all in good hands.
