Dignified Pet Services

I found my interactions with Dignified Pet Services to be positive. They called me to let me know when they received our kitty and gave me a time estimate of when the cremation would be complete. Then a few days later they called to say that our kitty had been cremated and the ashes were returned to the vet’s office. I appreciated that they used her name to refer to her. It personalized the experience. They chose a very sweet little tin for the ashes and had her name and date of death printed on the bottom. My interactions with them were short and sweet but I have no complaints.

A really bad service. I never received a call from the business even when my pet was ready. I had to call them to find this out and then they told me they would deliver him to me and I would get a call come to find out when. All this was after I waited for a call back for two days. They said they had made a mistake and he had to be shipped to me because the location I was told I would pick him up from was actually closed down. Worst place, if I would have known this I wouldn't have gone with this service. I was told 1-3 weeks to get him and by the time I will get him it will be 4 weeks. But like always we get charged first on the spot however we don't get the service within the time said to us. Dovelewis hospital in portland needs to stop referring people to this business. Hospital also told us one price and ended up being a higher amount.

Absolutely wonderful people. Very kind and compassionate. Knowledgeable and very helpful. They walked me through the whole process, as I've never had a pet cremated before. I felt the price was very reasonable and return time was fast. Highly recommend. ❤️

The staff was so compassionate and caring. They guided me through a difficult time. The facility is so neat, clean and comforting. I appreciate your service and will recommend you to anyone in need. Thank you for taking good care of Blue.

Unprofessional and callous, not one of the people I talked to here did anything to ease out grief. They just made me frustrated and angry because of their poor service. Not recommended; please chose another cremation service.
