My kitty recently passed away, and we decided to have him cremated. From the very first phone call, the team was absolutely amazing—so kind, caring, and supportive during such a difficult time. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye or drop him off, but they made the process feel a little easier. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, which meant so much to me because my baby could be home again quickly. I can’t thank you enough for making everything so smooth and compassionate—it truly helped with the grieving process.

We recently lost our elderly kitty. We brought her in to be cremated and everyone I talked to on the phone and in person were so kind, caring, and compassionate. I don't remember any names, unfortunately, but the gentleman who came out to talk to us and take our beloved kitty, hugged the box she was in and carried her so carefully. They handled her with such care and I cannot thank them enough. I couldn't ask for a better experience in such a difficult time. They gave us complimentary ink prints of her nose and paw and we are so grateful to have those. Plus, they have the cheapest prices I could find. It's clear they care for people and their pets. I don't want to go back any time soon, but when the time comes, we'll definitely be going back here.

Our family is spread out across the US and Europe. I, his daughter currently living in Germany, took on the task of organizing Daddy’s affairs, including finding a funeral home in the Hillsboro/Aloha area that would be willing to help me - though email - from 5,000 miles away, until I could get there in person. The staff I was involved with at Springer and Son are simply incredible people: kind, clear with their information, never pushy, keeping their word in a difficult situation that requires trust in its highest form. Five stars are not enough to describe their service and our gratitude. Thank you.

-Edit 7/13/25 to add that we just went with them again for another cat cremation, and they were absolutely amazing still, just like before. The staff is so kind, and we felt so comfortable leaving our fur baby in their hands. Will continue to go to them for any funeral related needs, and we recommend them to everyone. - They were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They waited for us to come from the emergency vet so that we didn't have to take our fur baby home and wait. They did nose and paw prints, saved her hair, and even did a paw impression with the clay I brought in. They made the process so much less stressful, which was especially appreciated considering it came out of nowhere unexpectedly. They also said that they do each pet individually, which I highly appreciate because it means I know I'm only getting my girls ashes back and nothing from other peoples pets. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs a pet cremation, and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and respectfulness through the whole thing.
