My dog Harley was a service dog. He declined pretty quickly. I called and they took such good care of me and my sweet Harley. They came and took him on a stretcher, he was a big boy. They brought his ashes back in a beautiful box with a paw print. The whole process was a comfort. They spoke to my Harley like I do. Saying, We got you, let's go big guy. I felt like Grandpa and Grandma were receiving him, honoring his last physical process on this Earth. I highly recommend them. There are angels on this Earth who show up in dark painful moments and help comfort and assist. Precious Pet Crematory is a true Gem. They were affordable and came within an hour. Katie is wonderful with caring customer service. My Son's dog had been rescued and then I had to take him and care for him. His passing was unexpected. Katie was very kind and informative. Based on only our 2 phone calls and initial visit I am so proud to have chosen this company to take the best care of our beloved Franklin. With dignity and respect and smiling faces and warm hearts they answered all of our questions and helped ease the burden of losing our pup. Highly recommend

It's a mom n pop shop that originally opened because there's nothing nearby and they knew it sucks to wait so long. We'd have paid almost 50% more and waited at least three times longer, and we wouldn't have had the lovely box they gave us for her. They picked up from our vet and dropped her off to us only a few days later. Apparently they welcome visits, dropoffs, and off hours requests. So nice to have this kind service instead of feeling taken advantage of.

Precious Pets cremated my boy, Jazz, a week ago. He was back at the vet's within a day, but it took me a week to muster up the strength to go pick them up. I expected a plastic bag in a cardboard box... It's a beautiful wooden box with a flower design, and a sliding base, with a certification seal verifying that the remains contained are of my baby. Along with a very lovely sympathy card. Everything was nicely done, with the utmost respect. While I hope I never have need of their services again, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. Thank you for the love and respect you put into the final care of our loves.
