Brian was so welcoming, understanding, and kind. I could not have found a better person to take care of our family cat. He made sure to answer any questions we had, explained the process and what to expect, and had even asked us questions about our Miss Muffins. He really does care about his job and it shows. Thank you so much for taking good care of her!!

Highly recommend Brian! He took excellent care of our elderly goat after she passed and made the entire process so simple and meaningful. It’s near impossible to find folks to send livestock off with dignity and he allowed us to bid her farewell in a respective way.

What Brian did for me and my beautiful boy Malcolm was exceptional. I’ve had animals cremated before, but Brian went above and beyond I feel. I got a beautiful urn for my baby boy, a keepsake keychain and he also added my favorite picture of him on a piece of quality wood. Everything came out more beautiful than I expected. I felt trust with him and I knew he was going to take care of my baby. Brian is an outstanding person and I’m thankful that we decided to go with him. My friend called many places to check their prices, but Brian was the only one to say he was sorry for my loss. Everyone else just went about business, you can tell that Brian cares. I highly recommend him to anyone going through a pet loss. He does this for the right reasons and I will forever be a client of his as long as he does this. We had to put our beloved girl to sleep on a Sunday evening. We chose a crematorium near us, but when we arrived, it turned out to be a terrible looking place. Not in a million years would we leave our dear one there. We were panicked. We parked our car, pulled out our phones and found Pet After Life Services. We called and explained our situation through some heavy tears. The voice on the other end of the phone was so compassionate and reassuring, that we immediately headed into the hills of Washougal. The husband and wife owners of this lovely business took such good care of our girl and of us. We couldn’t be more thankful to have found them. They helped us during an incredibly difficult time. Brian was a kind and sincere person who was able to accommodate the passing of elderly cat. I called him on short notice and was able to drive her to him the day of the incident. I got her back in about 5 days, and her remains included a beautiful wooden picture of her and a kind card with her fur. A wonderful experience all around.
