The staff are very friendly and helpful. I could tell they really care about the animals and want to make sure they go to the right home for their individual needs. They also offered many services, such as training and a phone line to call for advice on behavioral issues. They really do go above and beyond for these animals. I'll be forever grateful that they were able to rescue Jack and took very good care of him up until I adopted him.

We just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Oregon Humane Society for helping two cats we donated in March 2020 — Niuniu and Meimei — find a new home during such a difficult time. My friend Kangning (who had to return to China due to the pandemic) thinks of them often and hope they are happy, healthy, and loved. If by any chance their adopters ever see this, please know that they were deeply loved before and are still missed. We’re just hoping to know that they are doing well. Thank you so much again for all the love and work your team does for animals.

Great staff! Lots of dogs and cats that need forever homes. They screen adopters pretty good so be prepared to answer a lot of personal questions which is a good thing. Adopted this poor little guy today. Rescued from a cat mill. Yes he’s missing his left eye. Severe infection from an injury. Took almost six months to save his life but due to the dedication and caring of the Oregon Humane Society. He’s now got a safe, warm, and loving forever home.

Oregon Human Society offers veterinary services...some at discounted rates with government aide... Plus, they have adoption services and an adorable little gift shop which is reasonably priced. They make a delightful little go box in three go size prices which is slammed full of goodies for your new adopted buddy.

I had a great experience at the humane society, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I received so much information from the I walked into the door to the second I walked out. The little guy is perfectly settled into his new home with my older cat and I couldn't be more happy for the both of them. Thank you to you all for helping my little family grow! 🥰
