Omega Funeral & Cremation Services

After all the funeral homes I contacted, Omega Funeral Service met all our needs and requests. James was an amazing Funeral Director. He was patient and kind. He is amazing at his job. He remembered every detail and gave great advice and recommendations. We didn't have to worry about anything. Any questions we had, James was readily available. My Brother's Funeral was everything that he would've wanted if he was alive to see it. The Chapel was perfect. There was room to put all my brother,s memorabilia. The snack area was attached to the chapel. There's a big screen TV that's the perfect at the front to play a Funeral Video. I couldn't recommend Omega Funeral Service more.

Unfortunately for my family, my father had been put on hospice and pretty quickly passed, so I had to start looking around at funeral homes and planning a service. I was very impressed with how personable and professional our experience with Jandy was. She was very caring and extremely empathetic, and did not rush us when making decisions (I had an experience with another funeral home that came across as high pressure sales, but that was NOT our experience with Omega). From start to finish, Jandy took great care of us and my dad following his passing. I will always be so grateful to Jandy and Omega for the ease of planning a service, and how cared for we felt.

I haven't had to use Omega Funeral Services personally, but over the past several months I've had the pleasure of getting to know Kathy and her team very well. Their genuine compassion and dedication to caring for families during the hardest times is obvious in everything they do. It's rare to meet a group so committed to treating people with empathy, respect, and professionalism. I feel incredibly lucky knowing exactly who to call if I ever need these services, or if someone I care about does. Kathy and her team are truly special, and I can't recommend them highly enough based on the integrity and warmth they've shown in every interaction.

We worked with Daniel today and he was just amazing. He helped us today even though we didn’t have an appointment. He understood the situation and made it so easy. He explained everything and listened to our needs, was very compassionate and very, very professional. It was a pleasure to work with him and to know the loved one would be taken care of very well. 100% confident that he will see to everything as Immediate family lives in another state. I highly recommend Omega Funeral and cremation services and most importantly Daniel.

Bret was great and he was the perfect fit for such a sad time in my life. His humor was exactly what I needed and I know my late husband would have liked him too. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very comfortable as I've never been thru the process before. Pricing was very affordable as well. I highly recommend Omega!
