Several years ago when my mother passed away, my wife and I were managing campgrounds across the West. It was such a horrible experience since my dad was in his 90's and my brother and I had to track down her burial policy. We never found it. At that point WE, Sandy and I, decided this would NOT happen when we died. As a result, we took out a cremation policy with NCS. The wisest decision! It took 2-3 years to pay off the policies; however, July 16, 2025 I had to use my wife's policy. NCS was immediately notified, immediately responded, and assured me that it was all "taken care of" and they would help me through the process. Thank you NCS, Tigard, OR you came through on time and in such a PROFESSIONAL and PERSONAL way. You made an unpleasant experience, pleasant and not traumatic.

Natonal Cremation Service was outstanding! Shortly after my wife passed they sent a very professional, personal and empathetic couple with a nice vehicle to pick her up. The direct worked with us through the process to insure we got the correct number of death certificates, providing direction on what to expect, and keeping in touch with us to insure everything was alright. We received the ashes in a very timely fashion. I was so happy that we signed up with the National Cremation Service. They couldn't have done any better!

National Cremation was a wonderful business to work with through the time of losing my Dad. I had not heard of them before and I was nervous at first but they were extremely sensitive, professional, & called me back right away when I was nervous about transportation and the steps of their services. They were there for any questions I had and they have an after hours answering service. They follow up with you afterwards to make sure they have provided everything you expected & more. I would highly recommend them.

Ben and the staff are most wonderful to work with. My father purchased his plan years ago. When my father passed Ben and his team took over from there and provided the services my father paid for in the kindest way possible. Never good to say good by to a loved one however this team lovingly makes it much easier. Thank you so much for all you have done for our Baker family.

Excellent experience for a difficult but necessary purpose. Was important to take care of our own final wishes and not leaving this for our children and other family members. Very pleased with Dana Halverson and the professional manner in which she guided us through such a challenging journey.
