From the moment Casey answered the phone, I felt cared for. The other places I called made me feel like I was just another number to them. This place will even answer round the clock! If you're looking for competent, compassionate, and folks who are very good at communicating, look no further than Loyal Companion. The entire staff were sensitive to the fragility of the situation and the raw emotions I was experiencing from suddenly losing my beloved cat. I was so glad they had ample tissues and a clean restroom to boot! The conference rooms are very nice as well. The only thing that isn't the best is the location. It is near a lot of folks living on the streets and the gated parking is tight and small. But that was the only thing I feel they could try to improve. They still earn 5 stars in my book. They have lots of things you may choose from for a pet memorial option. Their pricing is reasonable for basic services and you may always purchase a more fancy urn if you don't care for the plastic container the remains come in. Their turnaround time is also very good - from first meeting to pickup was only 10 days. I also learned a lot about aquamation vs cremation. I am so full of gratitude for the entire way things were handled here. Casey was even willing to do some nose and paw prints and fur clipping right in the room. How above and beyond! He even made a follow-up call to me when he wasn't able to be there when I picked up my cat to make sure I was happy with the nose and paw prints. How rare these days! I love everything about this place. I recently lost my cat of 16years I was deeply bonded with. I spent several days looking around for a place to get her cremated on her own rather than a group cremation and eventually chose this place. I’m glad I did. The lady on the phone was very empathetic and seemed very willing to accommodate me in whatever time frame I needed to bring her in. Even after normal hours, upon meeting I was never pushed to buy anything I didn’t want or need and the place was clean and had a small selection of extras I could purchase. She was compassionate, respectful and even provided me with paw prints and fur clippings in addition to the cremation. I appreciate everything they did for me and was especially pleased that they were the least expensive place out of every single other place I called and they did a wonderful job. They get my highest possible rating.

We lost our golden retriever after years of love and loyalty to our family. Bella was the first dog our boys had and of course was part of our family. During this very sad time, the kindness and professionalism extended to us by Nick at Loyal Companion Pet was fantastic. He was very quick to arrive at the house to transport her and very communicative throughout the process. I can’t say thank you enough to Loyal Companion for your amazing service and support during this difficult time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to say goodbye to a beloved family member/pet.

18 years with our Scooter was not long enough but the time had come and we called for in home euthanasia and Loyal Companion to ensure our little Scooty was taken care of with love and compassion. So incredibly thankful for their attention to honoring our final day with our kitty and giving us the confidence that he will be taken care of like he was their own. It’s hard to let go, but I had so much relief knowing he was in such capable and kind hands.
