Family Animal Services

Family Animal Services showed my family and me the deepest compassion during one of the hardest times of our lives. From the first phone call, they treated us with kindness, patience, and respect, making sure every detail honored our beloved dog. They allowed us to have a visitation, bring special items, and even include letters and keepsakes to be cremated with her. The staff created a peaceful, beautiful space for us to say our goodbyes, and they treated us like family every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough for the comfort they gave us during such a painful time. If you want your pet treated with dignity, love, and respect, Family Animal Services is the place to trust. Lynn and Tina will always hold a special place in my heart.

This is the most loving and compassionate place. My dog Pablo received a sacred send off. Tony tended to him like he was one of his own dogs which meant the world to me. I am so grateful 🩷

everyone i spoke to during such a difficult time for me was lovely and compassionate. tony was able to pick up my sweet Bella shortly after i called, and sent me a text to let me know he had her and gave me a timeline for when i'd be able to pick her up. the complimentary fur clipping was unexpectedly the most comforting part of getting her ashes back - so thoughtfully done to show the different colors in her fur that i loved so much, and had her little whiskers on display. i cried when i realized they had even gotten her one black whisker. i would definitely recommend this establishment to others going through the saddest part of life with pets.

No words can truly express my deep appreciation for Family Animal Service and how they helped me cope with the immense pain of losing my beloved 17-year-old heart and soul dog Furball on 2/26. Due to his worsening medical condition, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him sleep at the best clinic, entrusting his aftercare to Family Animal Service, forever grateful for ! ❤️❤️ On 2/28, an overwhelming longing to see Furball one last time before his cremation struck me. I called the clinic, only to learn that Family Animal Service had already picked him up. Without hesitation, I took an Uber there, tears streaming down my face as I arrived. That’s when I met Tina, who patiently listened to the story of Furball and me, offering warmth and understanding in my most vulnerable moment. Lynn was also incredibly kind and amazing help as well. Together, they gave me the precious opportunity to see Furball again in the Rainbow Bridge room. It was an emotional moment—heart-wrenching yet an unforgettable gift that I will cherish forever. When I received Furball’s ashes, I was deeply moved by the level of care and detail in the package ( with Furball’s paw print card/art product, to the carefully wrapped pieces and the elegantly designed ashes box—everything is simply perfect)—it was beautifully and thoughtfully prepared, radiating love and respect. I also ordered a special necklace containing Furball’s ashes, and they ensured everything was done perfectly. I picked it up after 10 days, and it was simply wonderful, feeling as though Furball is still with me, always by my side. Losing Furball has been utterly heartbreaking, but the compassion, meticulous care, and dignity that Family Animal Service provided—through my final moments with him, the beautifully prepared ashes, and the keepsake necklace—have helped me navigate my deep grief. Saying farewell to Furball was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but because of them, I was able to find peace and carry Furball’s love with me as I move forward in life. Thank you again, Tina and Lynn, from the bottom of my heart.

To Lynn and all employees, I cannot express how thankful we were to have you when it was time to take care Gator’s final arrangements . You and your staff made it so much easier. You and your staff answered every question I had even though I know, I repeater some of them. you always were there to give me the answers! I never felt rushed.
