They made a couple of mistakes. I was told to get a death certificate in the wrong county, and they didn't call me to pick up the ashes. But the price was great, and the young lady who helped me when I picked up the ashes was very nice, helpful, and professional. I would recommend them highly.
No frills, but got the job done cost effectively and sensitively with minimal hassle. The remains were shipped out-of-state and delivered appropriately.
