The receptionist who helped me schedule was so kind and comforting during such a difficult call. Dr. Stacy came to our home to help my Tinker-Boo cross the rainbow bridge, and she made the process peaceful and gentle. She was patient, compassionate, and gave us all the time we needed. It was the most loving goodbye we could’ve asked for. So, thank you so much for making the process smooth during this difficult time. r.i.p tinker-boo aug 2010 - nov 2025

Compassionate care was recommended to us by a friend. Losing our first child Rufus has been the hardest thing to go through. I called at 2am hoping to get someone to come out because he was starting to struggle. No one was available at the time but the voicemail said someone would call after 6am. 6am I got a phone call from a very nice and sympathetic person who scheduled us for 8am-10am window. 8am Dr Stacy arrived and she was wonderful. Explained everything clearly and with patience, allowing us to process things and give us time if we needed. Dr Stacy’s presence and professionalism was exactly what we needed in such a terrible time for us. Cannot recommend Compassionate Care enough.

I have used their services three times with three different vets and Josie Gold was far and away the best one. She made the experience so much better and I could see she really cared. She was in near tears the entire time and was very thorough in explaining every step of the process, even things that MAY happen and walked me through each one. She also is an animal lover, and was willing to introduce herself to my loud crazy dogs and knew how to interact perfectly. Another vet (Deb) was nice but very quiet, so if you’re looking for someone to show up and give you space that may be a good fit for you. Josie, however, had some humor to her as well which made an incredibly sad moment a lot lighter without being disrespectful. She was extremely empathetic and compassionate, I can’t recommend her highly enough. Please let her know I really loved her presence in a challenging moment.

I had such a positive experience with the compassionate care and support provided. From the very beginning, Tricia was warm, patient, and truly understanding of what we were going through. She didn’t just offer a service, she offered comfort, kindness, and genuine care. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. Tricia listened, she was attentive, and made sure we always felt supported. It’s rare to find people who lead with both professionalism and heart, but she shows it in everything. We are grateful for the compassion that was shown during such an emotional time. The service made a difficult situation a little easier, and I deeply appreciate that. I highly recommend them to anyone needing not just care, but understanding and encouragement as well.

I had to make the terrible decision of putting my ever so precious best friend down today. I didn’t even have the strength to call but from the beginning the care and empathy for me thru email communication was very considerate and heartfelt. When today rolled around and it was time, I had Casey come by and she was very gentle and knew all the right things to say and support me in my decision. I felt like I had every minute I needed and wasn’t rushed at all. I really appreciate her taking the care and gentle touch to send my girl off to the other side. Thank you for your service.
