My husband and I wanted to prearrange our cremation to save our family the difficult task when the time comes. The agent, Daniel, worked with us couldn’t have been any better to deal with. He walked us through the process patiently and thoroughly and applied no pressure to make a decision. He answered all of our many questions and made us comfortable with our choice. I’m sure we’ve made a good decision going with a company that has such a great presenter of the services and the mechanics of paperwork. It was all handled online, which my husband originally was opposed to. But, Daniel was made even him comfortable to sign electronically. Protect successfully completed.
