I'm deeply grateful for the work this company did after my cat died. They handled cremation and created wonderful things to house her ashes and honor her memory. I will note in particular that I messed up the order I had placed (forgetting to request a paw print in clay) at the vet clinic where euthanization was performed; it was well after the deadline for making changes to the order, but the clinic put me in touch directly with West Coast, and a kind lady on the phone managed to intervene and correct the order. I'm very grateful for that, and I am delighted with the results. Thank you to West Coast.
West Coast Pet Memorial was amazing to work with. They made such a hard time easier by having the online option to submit what I wanted. The cost seemed reasonable especially for what you get with that cost. My pup was ready to be picked up exactly one week after he passed. The lady who called me to schedule pickup was patient and kind. The building where you pick up your pet is a little odd, I actually think I could see the ovens in an open shop bay so I suggest not letting your eyes wonder too much if you’re still grieving. I would recommend this place to anyone
All pet owners have to go through this. I lost my first pet. Let me tell you, very painful. West Coast staff was very kind, helpful and cooperative with me. I was having a hard time navigating the website and care credit was not working for payment. The staff was super nice and helpful, took payment over the phone. They gave me their listening ear and I talked about my cat non-stop. They understood grief. Thank you again for your humbleness and compassionate customer service.
My beloved Collie, went over the rainbow bridge Sept 11, 2024. The Staff at Wilavet recommended this service. I have had pets pass in the past, and I all can say this was the most beloved box I have ever seen. His cremanes's in the hand carved box I chose, completely sealed, inserted into a very handsome dark blue velvet bag, packed nicely in a shipping box. Plenty of peanuts in the box to keep the contents stable. There also was a lovely smaller box with his paw print, so delicately packed, and a card. A gift size dark blue bag as well. Given the cost of the euthanasia, and this service, despite my broken heart and loss, was reasonably priced.
In tears as my 14 year old PapChiPom passed away only a few hours prior. We were met with a very warm and supportive staff. She took everything slow and was very compassionate. This was the third pet we have had cremated here. Thank you for your sympathies.
