Green Acres Pet Cemetery & Crematorium offers caring pet cremation and a beautiful cemetery in Medford, ORhonoring your pet with dignity, love, and peace.
My latest visit to Green Acres was for my long time life long dog, Grazie, she was my life as many of our animals are to all of us. She is, however, not the first best friend (be it cat or dog) that I have entrusted their care to Green Acres. It has been a long time since my last visit and this one was one of the hardest. Shannon, the owner, very compassionately took care of Grazie from my truck to their building, having first asked me if I wanted some additional time with her. He could tell how very difficult this was for me. If I could have grabbed her back to life and living, trust me, I would have. I picked her up today, picked an urn, a beautiful wooden one and brought her home. Again, I cannot say express enough gratitude to both Stephanie (manager) and Shannon (owner) for listening to a very distraught dog owner. You have no idea how appreciated you are.
I am expressing my deepest gratitude to Stephanie Watkins, manager of Green Acres Pet Cemetery, who displayed genuine kindness and consideration in assisting me after the death my beloved best friend, Ling-Ling, an English Bulldog. She passed away on a Saturday afternoon and Stephanie was able to arrange for a private cremation the following day at noon, on a Sunday. Moreover, I was able to return and pick up my beloved best friend’s ashes within 48 hours. Stephanie made a painful process tranquil and respectful for me and my Ling-Ling. From when I first spoke to her on the phone asking for assistance and up to the day I returned to pick up Ling-Ling’s ashes, Stephanie was there to help. I was truly heartbroken when my beloved best friend died, but Stephanie’s compassion and helpfulness diminished my sorrow considerably. I am deeply in their debt.
You guys were amazing with Bane. Very understanding of my situation and more then willing to help me put my Bane to rest. I appreciate you guys more then you know.
The metal “urn” and plastic bag they presented my best friend’s ashes in felt cheap and generic, along with the card which included no paw print or snoot print, just cheap, generic and disappointing. Hand written labels and signatures on the card with no other salutations. I definitely am not satisfied and wish I could go back in time and have my dog memorialized somewhere else.
A 5 star service that I highly recommend. I recently decided to use their service for our beloved cat who had passed away. My sister had used their service before and recommended them to me. She said they were professional and a great service. I decided to call because our cat had been an important part of our family. I called them and found the service to be professional and supportive just like my sister had told me. In addition, I feel Green Acres is providing a much needed service that is critical to our community.
