Trusted Journey (formerly Precious Pets cemetery)

Bubbaz was put down on 8/25/25 and sent here for cremation services. We picked him up today 9/10/25 and was greatly appreciative of what wonderful care they took of him. Thank you again for taking such amazing care of everything.

Trusted Journey did an excellent job. They helped me through the grieving process when my beloved Molly Lou passed away. They did a wonderful job on all the memorial items we purchased.

Just spoke to a young man on the phone and was treated in such a rude way that I feel shocked. He interrupted me and repeated a question about where my pet was located, and when I began to ask a question because I have never used a pet cremation service before he became even more rude. If someone is calling to understand the process of honoring their beloved companions I strongly suggest using a different, locally owned, company. This man made me cry even more. Horrible customer service, especially. Edit: I used Angel's located in Tulsa by a Tulsa resident and I cannot say enough good about them! The women there were not only compassionate, but kind, affirming, and allowed me to be informed and feel heard while honoring my darling dog. The complete opposite of my experience with Trusted Journey. For anyone reading this: DO NOT USE TRUSTED JOURNEY- USE ANGEL'S IN TULSA.

The most heartbreaking part of loving a dog is when you have to say goodbye. It’s never an easy decision, and I am so thankful for all that loved our Lucy Lu and for Companions Forever Pet Cremation Services. When Lucy was diagnosed with Cancer, and only given a short amount of time, we were devastated. Even more so when we found out that due to COVID, our veterinary clinic couldn’t let us come in with her when it was time. Lucy is part of our family, we love her, and we are not going to let her go through this alone. I was so thankful when someone at my veterinary clinic referred me to Companions Forever. They took such good care of my Lucy and all of us, they were so kind, thoughtful, caring, and so very emphatic to what we were going through. This situation is not where anyone wants to be, but I am so glad that we found Companions Forever. We were also able to bring our baby girl home the same day. If I should ever be in this situation again, I know where we are going and I highly recommend Companions Forever Pet Cremation Services.

They have been a great service to my family of animals so much so I am a fourth time repeat customer they have cremated my cat Daisy, my forever baby boy ferret Kodo and my little girl ferret Nexus Nix along with my second son in my heart Russell Laboomafoo Eklund which was a ferret also but he was my emotional support animal so it hit me differently this time but they will all be forever missed and I plan on them all being buried with me when my time comes… Makes the hard times just a little bit better knowing about their services!
