Recently we discovered my daughter's 15 year old cat had passed over the weekend. This is the first time we had a pet pass at home so we were unsure what to do. Google led me to numerous pet cremation companies. We looked at Serenity and liked what we saw. We took her in on the following Monday. The lady that helped us was so kind and compassionate. She suggested things like them cutting her fur and whiskers, also getting her pawprints and nose prints for my daughter to keep. Things I wouldn't have thought to do. I picked her up on that Friday to bring her remains home. They did a wonderful job! I am so thankful that we trusted this company with my daughter's baby, Dutchess. I have a very elderly dog that we are probably going to have to make a hard decision over very soon. I will be insisting on using Serenity for my baby when that time comes instead of the company my vet uses.
Just received my Ruby Girl back today. Serenity Pet Cremations has been the most compassionate and caring team I’ve dealt with. They are very polite and quick with service turn around times. Highly recommended. Thank you Staff.
I reached out to Serenity for my son's family when their dog passed and I spoke to Lori and she was a great comfort. She had my son's furbaby picked up in a timely matter. She helped picking out the urn and suggested the paw print. She followed up with me and was very professional. We will be using their services again.
I had to put my 8 week old puppy rebel down on Saturday. We took him here on Monday to get him cremated & they were absolutely very sweet and professional and caring. I love how they let me keep my puppy’s belongings before taking him back. We just got his ashes back this morning. I would absolutely recommend taking your animal here if you need to do any kind of funeral or cremation arrangements. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to do my puppies cremation. Thank you very much guys!
My cat Oz passed away during the night the night before Thanksgiving. He was a senior cat but we're never ready and I was (and still am) crushed. I knew I was going to have a hard time finding somewhere to take him with it being a holiday but Danielle (I think? Sorry if I fumbled the name, it's been a hard night) was immediately available by phone and was willing to meet me at Serenity in the middle of the night. There was an after-hours fee of $100, which was clearly stated on the website and fair considering the holiday and the time. Everything was very quick and I'm grateful that Serenity was an option in my time of need. I'll definitely recommend them for anyone in need of such a service going forward. Thank you.
