On December 11th morning, my beloved fur son Gucci passed away. He was my 8 year old daughter’s first dog, she loved him sooo much. Whenever we brought him to Heavenly Pets they were so kind, gentle and caring. The lady (I forgot her name, but she was so sweet & genuine) gave my daughter so much comfort, and hugs whenever she was balling her eyes out.. My daughter stills rubs her keychain that is filled with his fur whenever she’s missing him. I really appreciate y’all for making things easy, and affordable for us. I highly recommend.

Thank you Heavenly Pets for being so kind and caring during one of the most difficult times in our lives. My husband and I had to say goodbye to our sweet Daisy, a rescue Bull Terrier that we have had the joy of having in our lives for almost 17 years. They have stupendous care & compassion when it comes to taking care of your babies, I had to say goodbye to a special kitty of mine a couple weeks ago and they were so kind and understanding, they talked to me about him and absolutely loved his name. Nose prints and all, he came home with me within a week, affordable and fast for sure, I could never thank them enough for the service they provide

I can't thank Heavenly Pets enough for the gentle kindness they showed me and my Benny during such a difficult time. From the moment I walked in, we were greeted with warmth and compassion. When I came to pick up Benny's remains, the staff were just as thoughtful and caring. They provided me with Benny's remains, a clay paw print, some of his hair, and ink prints of his nose and paw. While they are still perfecting their digital prints for the public, they were kind enough to email me a copy of Benny's prints so I would have an electronic file -- a small gesture that meant so much. The care, respect, and attention to detail Heavenly Pets showed made a heartbreaking experience a little easier. I felt seen, supported, and able to honor Benny in a meaningful way.
