Our yellow lab was 100 pds when he had to be put to sleep. He was laying on his bed in the back end of our CRV when our vet came out and put him to sleep. He had cancer of one of his legs and it was hard for him to walk. We drove him out to this place ourselves. Two young men came to our car with a motorized cart similar to a golf cart. They were ever so careful getting him out of our car (in front of us) and took him somewhere around back of the business. We went inside and handled paying for his cremation. When we went back to our car we found they had left something (can’t even remember now what it was). We drove around back to where we had seen them take our dog. We got out and I was so shocked as were those young guys by the look on their faces. They looked scared to death. There lay our dog like he was tossed by his legs, in the dirt. In the same area were about 30 or so other animals in cardboard boxes. The boxes couldn’t hold the other animals and each animal had parts sticking out of the boxes. This was a garage or building around back of the business and they had the large garage door open. I was so hurt to think our dog was just thrown in the dirt. I called our vet who we had used for years and told them. They called me a few days later to tell me they had stopped using this place. This was in January of 2016. They acted so caring but then just had all these animals piled on top of each other like piles of trash. I would NEVER use them again. They aren’t so caring…

This is a tough review to make but feel it's definitely needed. Precious Pets Cemetery has been wonderful and caring with the passing of our family pets. They have been there not only for our dogs but our domestic skunks and some of our prized hens and rooster. although the passing of any family pets is tough. It's nice knowing they are available at such a tough time. Our family highly recommends Precious Pets Cemetery. Thank you for caring for our family pets.
Well I hope someone blesses them. Because I sure won’t. Send them your dog with instructions cremate return collar paw print. They still get it wrong. Sorry but this place sucks. Good luck to you all that keep using them. Also pricing is ridiculous. If you’re smart you’ll use All Paws Go To Heaven. Out of all my 13 or so dogs that they have taken care of I’ve never had a problem with them screwing up. I guess that’s what happens when a big company takes over things.
Staff started friendly and helpful. When my Bella wasn’t delivered as promised, I made contact, an employee (said she was manager on duty) tried to tell me it was because of a weight issue (after cremation?), no. Then said I was told the wrong date of delivery. Then I got to speak with an actual manager, Sarah, agreed that a mistake was made, delivery date was set and not sure why it didn’t happen, she didn’t understand the whole weight thing either, yes I still have to wait for my Bella a few more days, I can’t drive 2 hours to pick her up, at least Sarah was honest with me. Gave me the appropriate info on making a complaint. Employee shouldn’t try to make excuses, especially when they’re no good at it, Bella has been a family member since 2010, not some package ordered online…
