Serenity Funeral Home provided my family with exceptional care and support during one of the hardest times in our lives. From the moment they transported my mom dianne jo myers from the hospital to the thoughtful preparation for her memorial and cremation, everything was handled with professionalism, respect, and compassion. The staff made sure our family could say goodbye in a peaceful and meaningful way, and their kindness will never be forgotten. I am truly grateful for the care they gave my mom and our family.

For the past several years, Serenity has handled cremation for my dogs after they've passed. Their staff are all absolutely outstanding -- professional, respectful, compassionate, and helpful. Their prices for pet services are extremely reasonable, and they do their work on time. I highly recommend them.

This is the place to come and be treated with respect, kindness and empathy. The man that worked with me was absolutely amazing! I was a broken mess! He walked me through the process of what I needed, didn't try to push me into something I didn't want and was so kind and patient. I don't believe that I would have handled everything as well as I did without his help. I will always be grateful for him being there for me. If time comes that I need services again, this is where I will come.❤️

My brother passed away over a year ago and had prepaid cremation arrangements. He passed at 8:00 in the morning at home and this place let him lay there until almost 3pm in the afternoon. Calls and emails went unanswered for HOURS. Now, my nephews father has passed away and they are wanting to CHARGE him $200 to see him for 10 MINUTES! This place is a JOKE! If I could give it 0 stars, I would!

We lost our beloved dog Loki and I needed a place to get him cremated. Serenity was fast and efficient. If I had a complaint, it would be the call that I got the next day and it was after hours so I couldn’t call right back understandably. They have an after hours call service. When the man called me back he told me my dog was ready for pickup. We had him cremated the day before. What he meant was the paw print we had made for him. Just please in the future be clear on pickup that I’m picking up a paw print and not me dog. Overall good experience though. Not a bad place at all! Totally recommend!!
