My husband died August 10, 2017 and on January 30, 2018 the Plot with Engraving were still NOT completed! I contacted Lyndel of Reflection Pointe Gardens and he said he mailed me a check for a refund but he lied, he didn't mail the check for $190.00. Look elsewhere for a plot but the cremation services by Affordable Cremation Services is good. They are located at the same address.
I would not recommend that anyone use this place. Unless you want to buy a $2600.00 box of cookies to remember your deceased lovedl one by. They have a total disregard for anyone's time but thier own, and they have to be hounded in order to get them to fullfill their responsibilities outlined by their contract with you.
