I 100% will recommend pet passages to anyone that loses a beloved pet. They handled our Boots with great care before and after cremation. I found myself lost and not knowing what to do after our Bailey passed away. This all happened on a Saturday evening at 4:30pm when she passed and after collecting my self. I called Pet Passages and was explaining to them what had happened and first thing she said after hearing me was, she was sorry for your loss. We then starting talking about what to do next, they meet me at the office and took care of everything. I never imagined about having Bailey cremated but my wife said my daughter had talked to her about this if something would ever happen to Bailey that’s what she wanted for her. Reviews like this are never easy, but the compassion and care Brenda had with our baby was beyond amazing. Even with all the heartbreak and grief going on, she remained compassionate throughout the whole process. She handled our baby with such dignity and set him on the viewing bed so beautifully.
