Over the Bridge Pet Services

It’s been about 4 months since we had to use Over the Bridge. I’m just now getting to leaving a review. Cia is such a wonderful human being. Our dog passed during after hours. She got to us about an hour or so after he passed away. She walked us through all of the beautiful memorial options. She never rushed us. Never rushed payment. She let me hug her before she left as she was the last person that would ever touch our sweet pup. We had our boy back to us within a week. She did an amazing job on his paw prints. The urn is such high quality. If you have to deal with the heartbreaking loss of a pet, I highly recommend using this company.

Cia is an amazing woman. She has been very helpful and caring when we lost our Rabbit. She offered to come pick him up in the middle of the night. We didn't do that but it was very nice that she offered. She showed up the next morning and took great care of getting him taken care of. And we had him back a day earlier than we thought we would. The wooden box he is in is beautiful. Thank you again for all that you do.

I can’t thank Overthe Bridge Pet Services enough for the care and humility they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. When my beloved dog passed away, they came promptly, treated my pet with dignity, and were incredibly gentle and respectful throughout the process. Their kindness made a painful experience a little easier, and I truly appreciated how they handled everything with such grace and professionalism. It's a service you hope you never need—but if you do, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for showing such compassion when it mattered most
