Amazing place and people! My daughter's beloved guinea pig "Piggles" died on Christmas eve and without a second thought they met us at the office to get Piggles taken care of with so much respect. My daughter loved the urn and everything else that came with the package. Thank you so much! 100% recommend.

They took amazing care of my sweet stormie girl. I lost her very unexpectedly while I was sleeping and their kindness and compassion made a difficult situation a little easier. Their pricing is very fair and they are thoughtful with your fur baby as well.

We experienced the very unexpected loss of our cat, Nova, this morning. When I called, I spoke with Jeremy, who was incredibly kind, patient, and comforting. He encouraged us to take the time we needed as a family to say our goodbyes, which meant so much, and that he would meet us there when we were ready. When we arrived, he welcomed us into a special room set aside for grieving and spending those final moments with your pet. Though still a work in progress, it was already such a beautiful and thoughtful space. At no point did we feel rushed, and the compassion shown made this heartbreaking experience a little more bearable. Thank you, Jeremy, for creating such a heartfelt experience during one of the most difficult moments of our lives.

I really appreciated how Jeremy took the time to help another family that had to unfortunately say goodbye to their long time family dog. He helped give them the much needed time to part ways. Afterward, the family left and Jeremy helped us take care of our family pet who we lost the night before. Jeremy was very professional and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Jeremy for anyone that wants a caring person to help them through the bereavement process.
