I cannot say enough about the outstanding service Sonya Hamilton provided. She went above and beyond in every possible way—far beyond what most funeral directors would do. Through this very difficult time, she was incredibly thorough, explained each step of the process with care, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Sonya even gave me her personal phone number in case I needed anything, which brought me so much comfort. Her compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail made everything feel extra special and handled with genuine respect. I am truly grateful for all she did. I highly recommend Sonya Hamilton for anyone needing thoughtful, exceptional service.

The family was fully pleased with this funeral home, and the way they fully and helpfully lived up to the pre-need contract MIL signed 20+ years ago. Staff was also most helpful in directing the family how to proceed with the necessary death notifications that needed to be done. A bit of a throwback, in a good way, to what a home-town funeral home was.

Mathews conducted the funeral service for my mother. They were prompt in providing information, including costs. They were compassionate, but not overbearing. They were professional, but yet kind. I cannot say enough good things about them and the funeral director we dealt with Rebekah Crockett.
