After seeing the remarkable care they provided for my father-in-law, we opted for an open-casket funeral. The team was incredibly accommodating, assisting in every way possible—whether bringing items to the chapel to ease our burden or going back to the funeral home to pick up a speaker when we couldn't figure out the chapel’s equipment.
