Dr. Roach is very professional and compassionate. Dr. Reeves with Paws at Peace handled the transportation of my sweet girl. The next day Dr. Roach gave me a call to let me know he was taking care of everything and gave his condolences. This gave me peace knowing she was in good hands. The process was completed swiftly and the pick up process was a breeze. The urn and paw print are beautifully done. Highly recommended and will use again.

So we have now had 2 pets cared for by Dr.Roach. The first was my sons beloved cat that passed on Mother’s Day. He did a wonderful job and our boy cash was returned swiftly and with care. Then this past Tuesday we had our 17 year old basset taken in. We received his ashes in a beautiful box. Brought right to our door by Dr. Roach’s mother due to him having a bug. He showed our family great respect and compassion when we needed it. I highly recommend them they have great communication and are very respectful and professional.

Thank you for taking care of my sweet girl Bella. We are very happy with the rock urn and her name plate. She will always be in her backyard. So thankful Dr. Melissa Roach was there to help our girl cross over the rainbow bridge.

Dr. Justin was very kind & understanding since we had never been through this before. He helped us with options & gave us time to make these difficult decisions. We were a little extra with what we wanted which included a vial of hair, all four paw imprints, her nose print , an ink print of her paw, and an upgraded urn with her name engraved to remember her by.
