Pet Heaven Cemetery & Cremation

Joe helped me with the whole start to finish process's of cremation of my beloved Chiweenie. I will have his remains forever because of Pet Heaven. Joe answers every email, call, and questions I had. He made my dog feel so loved. I will go back to when the day comes and have to lay another pet to rest. Very thankful!

Once again I have been trying to reach someone to make arrangements to have my headstones placed that they have in storage. They are not answering any texts or phone calls or emails or messenger. I want to know who I can contact to have this done There has to be someone that works there. Who is the Owner? I was told by authorities that the Basement Doctor or his family owns it but apparently that is confidential information. They have the headstones in storage and they need to be replaced. I don't want to have to take other steps to have this done I have been trying to reach someone since December 2024. I have left text messages and sent emails and left messages on messenger and sent a letter in December asking someone to call me. I have never heard from anyone. I sent text again last week and still no response. They didn't do any decorations for Christmas last year either which was disappointing because a lot of people cannot make it to the cemetery. They use to do decorations for the holidays and send out Newsletters and nothing anymore. I don't know why nobody returns calls to people. They have to be receiving the text messages and emails and letters sent in the Mail. I am still trying to get hold of whomever is taking care of the cemetery if there is anyone. I have sent emails nobody responds. I sent a letter in the mail asking someone to call me nobody never did that was in December. The last two weeks I have sent at least five text messages no response. Left messages on messenger no response. So obviously nobody cares.

I have called 3 times since Dec 20th to have my rabbit cremated. I have reached out through their website, called, and even texted the number since on their website it says that they accept text messages. I have yet to receive any contact. My husband went to their location in person in the doors were locked and there were two cars in the parking lot. Clearly they do not take pride in what they do and do not care. I understand that the holidays can make everyone busy but at least leave messages or notices. I've been calling before Christmas and they have no desire to reach out to me. They will not get my business.

Pet Heaven Pet Cemetery has been the final resting place for my pets - 2 dogs and 10 cats - since 2006. While I always appreciated the availability of a pet cemetery, the improvements since new ownership/management in overall appearance and upkeep, and even more the customer service has been impressive. Joe, the focal point for families, is caring and extremely accommodating to minimize the family's stress as much as possible. In addition. Joe and the cemetery owners continually look for ways to enhance what they offer families. I've particularly enjoyed the gravesite decorations - not just Christmas - now offered. Pictures always provided once completed. Losing a pet is never easy, but made easier when dealing with Joe and Pet Heaven.
