Forever Friends Columbus Pet Cremation and Memorialization

I lost my beloved cat suddenly and they were able to let me come in the same day. The gentleman I spoke with (who I believe is the owner) was very kind and gentle with the loss of my girl. They arranged everything and I was able to pick her up in a couple of days. Her paw print is absolutely beautiful, and I wish I could give a huge thank you to whoever collected her fur. They made sure to get every color that she had and layered it beautifully on the poem card. Will happily recommend this place to anybody who has suffered the loss of their beloved animal.

My daughter lost her dog in a tragic accident about a month ago. We decided to have him cremated for her, and Forever Friends was amazing. Gave us comfort knowing our boy was being so well taken care of after we had to leave him. All the Memorialization was beautiful upon pick up. My daughter and our family are so thankful to them.

I unexpectedly lost my German shepherd Rosie on Thanksgiving and had her cremated here and I just want to say how truly grateful I am for the care and compassion they showed. I’ve unfortunately had to cremate five of my pets over the years and this was by far the most thoughtful and personal experience I’ve ever had. Rosie’s paw print was absolutely perfect, better than I could have ever hoped for. They even created a little baggie of her fur and layered all of her different colors so beautifully. The Rainbow Bridge poem, the beautiful keepsake bag, every single detail was done with intention and love. I could tell they were gentle with her and genuinely cared for her, and that brings me so much comfort. Losing a pet is heartbreaking but having her treated with such dignity meant more to me than I can put into words. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m so thankful for everything they did for Rosie and for me.

I cannot say enough about Forever Friends. We recently had to put our cat down and the entire staff was so kind and considerate to our situation. I cannot remember the name of the kind man who delivered Missy's ashes back to us but he was an angel. I broke down at the door when he brought her to me and took the time out to talk to me. He truly helped more than he knows. Thank you so much for the kindness shown throughout this experience and professionalism taken when dealing with grief and loss.

We unfortunately had to put both of our dogs down within nine days of each other. I really appreciate forever friends being so compassionate during the whole process. It meant a lot that they showed so much sincerity for the situation.
