My father passed away december 2025. I was put in contact from hospice 360 because he had prepaid for his cremation through the Neptune Society. The ladies there Lori and Hannah, made everything very easy and they continue to check up on me offering support. I recommend 100%!

My father passed away unexpectedly and quite suddenly. I was connected with Advantage Funeral Services by Schoedinger-Hilltop due to his final wishes with the Neptune Society. The Neptune Society works with Schoedinger-Hilltop as their affiliate facility in the Columbus OH area. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and available to guide us through the process of death and cremation in such a way that it was as comfortable and easy an experience, as one could expect at such a difficult time. Once the process was completed, the staff continued to reach out to me to ensure that all needs of myself and my family were met as we moved, and continue to move through the grieving process. With the help of Lori, Andrea and Hannah, saying goodbye to our grandmother was remembering her with laughter through tears. They all made us feel welcomed and made a difficult situation easier by walking us step by step through saying our final goodbye. Schoedinger Advantage Funeral services has the Most compassionate, supportive and professional staff and team members - they took such good care of us for services, visitation, cremation. Thry explained all the services, kept in constant communication, helped with set up of memorial and obituary. ANDREA is amazing and kind, as is MARY- they are respectful about any customs, rituals, practices, religion and took such good care of my momma to perform all her final goodbye and services with the utmost respect, dignity and professionalism!
