Very happy with their service. Beautiful wooden box engraved. Inside in velvet pouch the ashes with inscription on pouch “Until we meet again”. A tin heart with his hair clipping in it. A card with his name has a paw print. A certificate of cremation card. Also a sympathy card with staff signatures. Exceptional service.

Unforgettable Tails handled my beloved boy, Rebel, with utmost class, dignity and love. The quality of the cedar urn Rebel came home to me in was beyond belief. I was totally blown away with the quality and professionalism Unforgetable Tails handled the cremation and return of my dear friend. After Dr. Kim with a Graceful Goodbye helped our boy peacefully cross over, we entrusted him to Unforgettable Tails Cremation — and they truly lived up to their name. They handled everything with such professionalism, respect, and care. When Ruger came home to us, he was returned in the most beautiful wood-engraved box, and the attention to detail made us feel seen and supported in our grief. It was clear they treated him like family, not just a pet. No one ever wants to need this service — and I hope I don’t for a very long time — but if that heartbreaking time comes, I would absolutely recommend Unforgettable Tails. Their compassion brought us so much comfort during a time when we needed it most, and we will forever be grateful for the way they honored our boy.

Unforgettable Tails is a wonderful organization! They handled everything after my best boi’s crossing with the utmost care and reverence. They picked him up from the vet, took care of his cremation and returned him in a beautiful keepsake box along with a certificate of cremation, a lock of hair (in a keepsake tin) and a sympathy card. These are precious momentos that I will cherish forever. They even provide grief counseling to help you move forward in your grief.
