Buster was our cherished Tuxedo Cat. At almost 14 years of age, he sadly died. They picked him up and cremated him. They returned his ashes, a tuft of his fur, his pawprint and a pendant in which his ashes could be worn by me. We had the items framed. It was a quick and worry-free process 🐈⬛🖤
Our dog, Fynn, of 13.5 years passed away last Sunday. I have nothing but words of praise for Trusted Journey, who cremated and beautifully prepared our best friend to come home where he belongs. Absolutely a class act all around. Laurie, Heather, Brittany, and Jessie know how to treat people with compassion and empathy. We’ve never felt so much at ease and comfortable at the absolute worst time of our life. Thank you all for you kindness and words of hope.
Our Maggie was put to rest by Family Companion Animal Care with Tricia & Sarah and transported to Trusted Journey. She was cremated on the 16th of Aug & transported to us.They were awesome! The care they took & letting us know every step along the way, and we received a paw print, certificate of creamation, and a pamphlet if we needed help with the grieving process. They really went above & beyond and put us at ease
My horses died tragically in a barn fire. When I called the next day (Friday) about pick up and cremation the woman who answered the phone could not be more rude. She talked graphically about the fact the horses had to be in one piece to drag them into the truck with a chain around their neck. Not an ounce of compassion! She said they were closed over the weekend and I would have to call back on Monday after I got the horses out in an open area for pick up. The temps were in the 90's and I told her in the heat the horses could not sit out there for three more days. She did not care. I called someone else who came the next day with care and compassion. I would not recommend this place when you are in the throws of a grieving loss.
My chinchilla, Munchie, passed away on her sixteenth Gotcha Day at home. I took her remains to the vet clinic and they sent her here. I got her back exactly a week later in a beautiful little wooden box decorated with carved trees and a very nice engraved nameplate. They also sent a Certificate of Cremation and got a paw print in clay. I wasn't given the option for ashes in a necklace, a fur clipping, etc. probably because she was so small and I sent her through the vet office but I had the foresight to collect some of her fuzzy "tumbleweeds" (if you have a chinchilla, you know!) to save in a locket or resin. Overall they did a lovely job. This same facility cremated my sister's rabbit a few years ago and did the same package. Chinchillas love climbing and I'm glad my Munchie now gets to sit on the highest shelf in her old room.
