My cat Bob of 15 years passed away and the people here were so compassionate and empathetic towards my feelings and my needs. They understood that he was more than just a pet, he was family. They talked me through everything that was needed and quickly returned his ashes to me. That was very important to me because Bob and I have always celebrated our birthday together and they made that possible by returning him to me on our birthday morning. I would recommend them to anyone a million times over. I really wish that I could give them more than five stars.
What I found with Treasured Pets was unexpected. I've taken my deceased furbabies to other places in the past not even aware of Treasured Pets existance. On a recent Saturday morning, after coming home from work the day before to find my faithful, nearly 16 year old Quincy, my heart dog, unexpectedly deceased, and after calls to the pet cremation services I'd previously used who were 'closed for the weekend', I contacted Treasured Pets. Twenty minutes after I left a message, I received a call back. They accommodated me that day - me with my shocked, shattered heart - they opened their doors for me to bring Quincy to them for cremation. Ross was kind and sympathetic, patient with me as I maneuvered through choices I desperately didn't want to have to be making. A few days later, when picking up my Quincy's cremains, Ross met me with care and compassion, understanding of my broken 💔, unhurried in presenting Quincy's package to me. I'm so grateful to Treasured Pets - thank you for being there for ME, and for creating a beautiful box for my Quincy's ashes, as well as paw prints. I'm forever grateful to you and will only use Treasured Pets in the future.
Treasured pets took such good care of our Navi and us as well. They are not only the best priced, but gave us so many precious keep sakes to have of our girl. I not only recommend them, but will now only ever take our family pets there when it's their time.
