My little dog passed away from a short illness early sunday morning. I called around to get a good price on cremation.Simplicity told me a hundred twenty five dollars and that taylor would be calling me to send an appointment that day to bring my pet in. Ours went by. I never heard from him. I called again spoke to a gentleman who is driving in his vehicle and said that he handles the human side and Taylor handles the pet side and that he was going to have Taylor call me and Taylor would give me a time to meet him at the facility. Well it's been a whole day now?And I never heard from taylor really poor customer service. I had to take my pet to west park animal hospital, who charged me nearly four hundred dollars.I'm on a fixed income.I'm elderly.I do not recommend simplicity cremation. Obviously their positive reviews. Are staged.

To say that I was devastated by the unexpected loss of my husband is an understatement. I could barely get my name out when I was making phone calls, and Simplicity answered the phone and was able to walk me through one of the hardest conversations I’ve ever had in my life. Taylor is a phenomenal young man who went out of his way daily to touch bases with me to make sure that things are being well taken care of. He personally delivered my husband‘s ashes to my house because it would’ve been a 5 Hour drive and there was no way I was able to do that. If you ever have to make that phone call call Simplicity. Ask for Taylor. They’ll help you navigate this nightmare.

The staff were so kind and compassionate. They addressed all concerns efficiently and empathetically Taylor and Hope were always available when I had a question. The prices were affordable and all costs were explained in detail. Thank you Simplicity Cremation for helping us through this difficult process.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Simplicity Cremation in Ohio. When my cousin passed away, I arranged to have his body transported to them and provided all the necessary details for the arrangements, including information for the death certificate. At that time, it seemed his other relatives could not afford to handle the arrangements, so I took the lead. Partway through the process, my cousin’s estranged daughter became involved and decided to take over. I had no objection to that, but I specifically asked the funeral director, Taylor Slone, not to share with her the details I had provided. He assured me he would not and also promised to call me if she finalized any arrangements. Unfortunately, neither of these promises were kept. Not only did he fail to call me, but he also used the information I had provided to submit the death certificate to the health department—exactly what I had requested him not to do. I feel this was unprofessional and a breach of trust. I was the one who brought him this business, and I believe I should have been given the courtesy of at least being informed of the final arrangements instead of having to discover them online. In my experience, this was not honest or respectful service, and I would caution others to be aware of how their information is handled.
