Paws & Remember of Northeast Ohio LLC is a highly-rated pet aftercare provider serving families in Cleveland, OH. Known for their compassionate, professional, kind approach, they offer private cremation services and communal cremation options. As one family shared: "When it became clear that my dear Omani Padme Hung (Omani) was going to die..." Wit
When it became clear that my dear Omani Padme Hung (Omani) was going to die soon, I went searching for a place to cremate him. What mattered to me was the feel of the place and of the people. Paws & Remember was superb. I am a Buddhist nun and they were very accommodating and patient with my various needs and questions. Niki in particular was so warm and kind. I brought Omani with me on my search as he was still able to walk around and go for a ride. She came out to the car to meet him and was incredibly sweet with him and with me. When the day came to cremate my boy, everyone at the facility was perfect. For a fee, you can watch your pet go in, if you want. This was important to me and once again, Niki was amazing. I asked her to look for anything unusual in the ashes as sometimes things can appear and she found a fully formed moth! (Turns out it's a symbol of transformation). I highly, highly recommend Paws & Remember. Put your heart and ease and choose this place.
I called them after my beautiful Crash passed at home. Stacy was very helpful and warm and empathetic. She made me feel comfortable. We went over everything on the phone per my request. I went there and she walked me through everything that would occur. I brought Crash home 24 hours later. Beautiful experience. I'm very greatful they are here.
Paws & Remember took amazing care of our family during such a sad time. They were absolutely amazing and so compassionate. Extremely recommended to anyone who needs their services.
Extremely grateful for Paws and Remember’s professionalism and dedication towards respecting and remembering the life of a beloved pet! The package I received even contained a memorial booklet to fill out to honor my pet and has been very helpful with the grieving process 🩵
