Over the years, my partner and I have used National Mortuary Shipping countless times. I am leaving this overdue review for Ms. Susan Green. These five stars are specifically for her and her continued hard work, determination, constant reassurance through communication and her very soothing voice (sounds like she should be a radio personality or a podcast host). She speaks very intelligently and professionally about all subject matters about our out-of-state funeral coordinating concerns. While working on a recent case with National Mort., the first call I made was answered by Ms. Green and other follow-ups to the next day were managed by her as well. On Monday, the communication and pretty much the integrity of my case fell apart (leaving the family very upset and confused with me) all because Susan was not in that day. Her replacement agent, who was tasked with overseeing my case (as Ms. Green was not on that day), unfortunately could not keep up with the bar that Ms. Green set and how high it is. Overall, we will continue to use the services of National Mortuary Shipping for our out-of-state funeral necessities-- so long as Ms. Susan Green continues to shine like the brilliant luminous star that she is. 7 stars for Susan! *******
