Aaron and all of the staff treated me with kindness and empathy with every step in Mom’s cremation and assisting with acquiring essential documents. I had a very positive experience with Aaron and his son. My mom passed away while I was out of state and I needed to find a cremation service for her. I used an online service that works with their funeral home. Ultimately I was not exactly sure how my Mom ended up here since we are East Siders, but nevertheless I found their service to be patient, sensitive, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the proper documentation to fly with my mothers ashes and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed.
